The Teatro Malibran! A beautiful Opera house Named after.. ofcouse me! In honor of me! Once named the  Teatro San Giovanni Grisostomo,  but I do recall in 1849 the Austrians decided to return to Venice. Which  provoked the closure of all the major theatres ( my loves!) of Venice as protest, with the exception of well me.

My father Manuel Garcia Malibran, in the opera Otello. He was an interesting man. Very talented, also my vocal instructor. Hes taught me much, although we fought endlessly , I appreciate him.
